All sales are final, no returns or exchanges ON ANY ORDERS, due to hygienic nature of the products. 

Order cancellation Policy

Once your order is place, it is final sale.

SHIPPING

When will my order ship?

Once you place your order we then process it which can take 1-4 business days depending on your order size. Then we ship it out with (CANADA POST).

You’ll get an email with your tracking number as soon as your package ships. Our shipping usually take 1-7 business days depending on your location.

 

What if my package is lost or damaged?

Unfortunately, TAGxCOSMETICS has no control after handing your shipment off to our carriers and is not responsible for lost packages.

Each package contains insurance, for orders under $150 please contact a consultant from the delivery service (UPS or USPS) for assistance in filing claims or locating packages. 

If your order is above $150 and is missing, please first contact the delivery service (USPS or UPS) to help locate the package and wait 2-3 days before contacting us. After 3 days and no sign of your package, please email us for further assistance. Packages are insured by Shipsurance.

PRODUCT

    We HIGHLY suggest to do a small patch test for allergic reactions as we are not responsible for any reactions to our products.

    Will my product melt/dry/freeze/expire/etc.?

    If the product is introduced to excessive heat or cold for short periods of time, it will not impact the product’s efficacy, though it may result in a thicker or thinner texture.

    While the products don’t have a formal expiration date, it is generally recommended to be used within 12-24 months after opening for best product quality.
